These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of 80sGuitarMethod.com (“we”, “us”, “our”) and the purchase of our digital products. By using this site, you agree to the practices described below.
1. Digital Products
All products on 80sGuitarMethod.com are digital downloads (PDF files). No physical products are shipped. Access to purchased files is granted immediately after purchase.
2. Eligibility & Purchases
You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental consent, to purchase products. Payment information must be accurate, and you must be authorized to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud or payment failure.
3. License & Use
When you purchase a product, you receive a single-user license to download and use the file for personal practice and personal printing. You may not share, distribute, resell, include in other products, offer free or paid access to others, or claim the files as your own. Any violation may result in legal action.
4. No Refunds
All digital products are non-refundable. EU customers consent to immediate download and waive their 14-day withdrawal right under EU law. U.S. and Rest-of-World customers also acknowledge that all sales are final. Assistance is only provided for delivery or technical access issues.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on 80sGuitarMethod.com is protected by copyright. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
6. Website Use
You agree not to hack, disrupt, or damage the Site, attempt to access files you did not purchase, use automation to access content, or misuse support contact.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for loss of data, device or software issues, or inability to access files. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Denmark law, except where mandatory EU or U.S. consumer rights apply.
